 Welcome to the Beautiful Pacific Northwest Puget Sound in Washington State. Kitsap Mineral & Gem Society was
established over 71 years ago. We have a monthly Meeting on the second Friday at 7:00pm, plus a juniors
Program ages 6 thou 18. We have field trips through the summer. We offer a Scholarship to a high school
or college student majoring in "Earth Science". July we have a Fun potluck Picnic, August is our Kitsap
County Fair. We always have display cases showing our Lapidary art and rock and minerals collections.
November is our BIG Fall Festival of Gems with dealers, demonstrators, Juniors spinning wheel and Rock
Critters from out of this world. We finish off our year with a Christmas Potluck and BINGO. We would be
honored to have you join the fun.
